Designed for historical and heritage buildings

The VELUX Heritage conservation window has been specifically designed to be in keeping with the heritage aesthetics of traditional buildings.

Celebrating the aesthetics of the past

The Heritage conservation window has been co-created with conservation officers and architects. The result is an authentic top-hung roof window that complies with the building requirements for historic or listed properties in conservation areas while meeting all modern housing standards.

For modern life

The Heritage conservation window is designed to meet modern housing standards and has a bright white painted finish for modern interiors. It also comes with premium glazing features including:

  • Safety lamination
  • Toughened outer glass
  • Easy-to-clean coating
  • UV filter
  • Unique rain noise reduction

All features have been tested in Northern Europe’s largest wind tunnel for wind and water resistance. This extensive testing means you can be sure that the VELUX Heritage conservation window delivers the VELUX high quality and durability you expect.

Daylight you can control

To maximise daylight and views, the window uses glass-to-edge technology and has a slim interior frame that sits neatly within the opening. You can easily manage the light levels, as the VELUX Heritage conservation window is compatible with all VELUX translucent and blackout pleated blinds.
